Charges for boarding will include the delivery and collection days. Should any additional fees be incurred during boarding (e.g. additional days), payment must be made prior to collecting your pet.

Vaccinations

All rabbits should be vaccinated against Myximatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease 1 and 2 (V.H.D 1 & 2). Please bring vaccination certificates with you on arrival, as rabbits cannot be accepted without them for the safety of other pets in our care.

At present there are no vaccination requirements for guinea pigs.

Health

It is important that you provide us with as much information about your pet’s health as possible at the time of booking so that we may consider your pet’s condition. In most cases, will be able to accept him/her for boarding once we know your pet’s condition will not affect the health of others.

If there are signs of disease, illness or injury when your pet arrives and we have not received prior notification, unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate your pet as we need to protect all of the animals in our care.

All our animals are kept separately, we can not be held responsible for any pet pregnancy or injury while in our care.

An additional fee will be made for administering medication, special cleaning or treatments for your pet.

If you decide you can no longer look after your pet whilst it is in our care, please let us know as soon as possible. The current minimum donation for re-homing your pet will apply along with any additional boarding fees incurred. If your pet is not collected within ten days of the collection date we reserve the right to re-home your pet.

We reserve the right to separate any Customers Animals if we feel it necessary whilst in our care.
